Description
Black and white stock photograph of Irving Berlin standing with his first wife, Dorothy Goetz, on a ship, date unknown. This of course was taken sometime before Dorothy’s death in 1912. The two had only been married for 5 months when she passed. She died of died of pneumonia and typhoid fever that she got on their honeymoon to Cuba. This image was probably taken during their honeymoon, but an exact date is not certain.
