Image Envision's Contributor Agreement

Digital image sales are split 50/50 between the contributor and Image Envision. Payments will be made on a monthly schedule and will be paid via paypal on or close to the 15th of each month, depending on which week day the 15th falls on.

Each contributor is required to send a W-8BEN or W-9 form and this agreement with your signature and date at the bottom for tax records prior to account setup. Please email them to jamievoetsch @ yahoo.com (without the spaces of course).

Each contributor may need to report income from Image Envision for tax purposes, and is responsible for doing so. Taxes are not held from payments.

Image Envision is non exclusive.

Image prices are set by the artist and need to be set at whole dollar prices ($10, $15, $20, etc). There is a minimum price of $10.00 for the smallest image size and no maximum price for the larger images.

Each contributor will have their own login area to check their real time sales and to make image pages.

You grant Image Envision the permission to use your images for advertising purposes, of which you will be notified of if it is to be in print. If an image is to be featured on the home page, you will not be notified as it will only be featured temporarily.

You have the option to offer your images in the Free Photos section, of which the images can only be used for non-commercial, personal website use only and are offered in small sizes. This option defaults to "No." The Free Photos section is used to draw in traffic and for comp purposes.

Image Envision has the right to remove any image from the site or not accept an image for any reason at any time. In such a case, you will be notified with a reason. Contributors also have the right to remove any of their images or terminate their account at any time for any reason.

Pornography is not permitted. Fine art nudes are usually acceptable. If you have questions regarding this, please contact us.

Your name and any private information such as your address, telephone number and email address will be kept confidential.

All images must be your original artwork, created by you. For example, you cannot upload a NASA image of the Earth, however you CAN upload an image with the NASA image of Earth merged in your creative and original image. Images of murals (often mistaken as graffiti) are not acceptable. We will handle "graffiti" on a case by case basis. Images of artwork, such as paintings or pictures of photographs, need to have a property release signed by the artist, which we will request to see prior to accepting the image(s).

Images of identifiable people without releases are not acceptable. We do not obtain releases with your images, however a customer may need a release, so please be sure that you have a release on file before uploading an image that would require one.

Artists retain all copyrights on their images.
