Stock photo of 1 of 2 pararescuemen from the 38th Rescue Squadron at Moody Air Force Base, Ga., preparing to follow an inflatable boat out the back of an HC-130, 350 miles northeast of the Caribbean island of St. Maarten to provide medical support to a Chinese fisherman July 23. The fisherman sustained a life-threatening chest injury the day before. After parachuting out, the pararescuemen reached the fishing vessel and helped the man.
